Recruiting Responsibilities
v Develop innovative candidate sourcing strategies based on industry trends, competitive intelligence and experience to identify and attract top talent for a variety of positions
v Develop, scale and nurture our network of independent Supply Chain / Procurement consultants
v Recruit and onboard consultants to newly sold projects
v Communicate clearly and proactively with all candidates throughout the search process, providing a high-touch, candidate-centric experience
v Facilitate final steps in the hiring process from development of compensation packages through new hire onboarding
v Assist with additional back-office tasks as needed
Social Media Marketing Analyst Responsibilities
v Generate inbound leads by designing, developing and deploying engaging content (i.e. blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics)
v Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and provide insights for continuous improvement
v Support paid and organic campaigns to reach executives and industry leaders
v Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy
v Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
Qualifications / Experience
v A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in HR management and / or Marketing are a plus v Excellent communication and teaming skills v English fluency as well as proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint v Expertise in Topgrading a plus |
