Xenon Group is currently searching for an elite business development professional, Fanatical Prospector and an ‘A’ Player with a demonstrated track record of exceeding not only activity but also outcome metrics.

Responsibilities:

Ø  This role is a quota-carrying position and requires an intense focus on high-velocity prospecting and developing new opportunities with senior executives in companies with an annual revenue of $250m+.

Ø  The ideal candidate will have B2B prospecting experience engaging with multiple personas from end-buyers to senior leaders.

Ø  The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly activity and output goals.

 

Ø  Conduct research to identify prospective clients

Ø  Convert research into a messaging narrative that aligns to known and hypothesized buying triggers

Ø  Generate leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold call, cold email and Linkedin to schedule qualified meetings

Ø  Identify the needs of prospective buyers

Ø  Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities

Ø  Schedule meetings between prospective clients and Xenon Group team leadership

Ø  Be accountable for weekly, monthly and quarterly results

Ø  Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within the CRM application

Ø  Participate in discovery meetings

Ø  Participate in weekly coaching and development meetings

 

 

Qualifications / Experience:

 

 

 

Ø  2+ years as a high performing BDR

Ø  Experience with CRM and SEM software

Ø  Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Education Required:

 

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
